These terms apply whenever you use TrustBazaar. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.

How this marketplace works

Sellers list goods with us. TrustBazaar reviews and prices those goods and sells them on to you — so your contract for the purchase is with TrustBazaar and your invoice comes from us. Where a reseller has sold to you, your contract is with that reseller and their invoice comes from them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. We work to keep listings accurate, but if an item turns out to be mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund. A listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer — the contract forms when we confirm your order.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is currently the payment method available. Where online payment is offered it is handled by a licensed payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Returns

See our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

If you sell or resell with us

Sellers warrant that they own the goods listed, that the goods are genuine and lawful to sell, and that the photographs are of the actual item. Resellers hold a paid membership and buy at the reseller price to sell on under their own name. We may suspend or remove any account that misrepresents a product, lists counterfeit or prohibited goods, or repeatedly fails to dispatch.

What you may not do

Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or impersonate anyone. Do not list weapons, drugs, live animals, counterfeit goods, or anything else prohibited under Indian law.

Intellectual property

The TrustBazaar name, logo and site content belong to us. Product photographs belong to the seller who took them. Neither may be reused without permission.

Our liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat.
