Where we deliver
We deliver across India. We do not ship internationally at present.
Dispatch
Orders are passed to the seller as soon as they are placed. Most items are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are picked up the next working day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days
- Other cities and towns — 4 to 7 working days
- Remote and rural PIN codes — 7 to 10 working days
These are estimates from our delivery partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and local restrictions can add time.
Delivery charges
Charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on most orders and PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready — delivery staff may not carry change. If payment is refused at the door the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled.
Tracking your order
When your parcel is dispatched we record the tracking number against your order. You can see it on the Order Tracking page or under Orders in My Account.
If nobody is home
Our delivery partners normally attempt delivery up to three times. After that the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address and phone number before confirming. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or unreachable, we may deduct the return shipping cost from any refund.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse it if you can, and tell us within 48 hours. Photographs of the packaging help us settle it quickly. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
